Our goal at Bergstrom Insurance Agency is to make sure that our clients receive fast, friendly and fair service in the event of a claim.  New claims can be reported to our agency toll-free at 1-800-359-6007 during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:30AM until 5:00PM).  After-hours calls are answered by our voicemail system.

New claims can also be reported directly to the insurance company.  For minor claims especially, we suggest that clients speak with us before reporting it to the insurance company.  Here is a list of insurance companies, toll-free numbers, hours of operation and other information:

Auto-Owners Insurance Company

Auto-Owners prefers to have new claims reported to our agency during regular business hours.  If you have a claims emergency and our office is closed, you can call Auto-Owners toll-free at 1-888-252-4626.

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company

You can call the Brotherhood claim department toll-free at 1-800-333-3371.  The Brotherhood claim office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time.  In the event of an after-hours emergency claim situation, you can contact a Brotherhood claim representative by calling 1-800-933-1849.

Progressive Insurance Company

You can call the Progressive Insurance claim department toll-free at 1-800-925-2886.  Claims can be reported 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Frankenmuth Insurance Company

You can call the Frankenmuth Insurance claim department toll-free at 1-800-234-4433.  The claim department is open from 7:00AM until 5:30PM Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00AM until 4:30PM on Friday.  Claims can be reported 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Grange Insurance Company

You can report claims directly to Grange 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Their toll-free number is 1-800-445-3030.  Glass-only claims can be reported directly to Safelite Glass toll-free at 1-800-951-9734.

Indiana Insurance Company

You can report claims directly to Indiana 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Their toll-free number is 1-800-242-7420.

Safeco Insurance Company

You can report claims directly to Safeco 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Their toll-free number is 1-800-332-3226.
